Partnerships Manager, January 2020

GEM is seeking a Partnerships Manager to join our community-obsessed team. an algae-based brand revolutionizing daily nourishment with simple, real products that help you achieve cellular health. Our first product line is one bite of plant-based goodness made to deliver all the essential vitamins and nutrients you need for energy, beauty, mental clarity, and stress management.

We’re a VC-backed team of women entrepreneurs, scientists, herbalists, environmentalists, biologists, and fanatical foodies all working thoughtfully to build a brand that changes the way we nourish our human and planetary health.  This role will report into the Leadership Team and is based in Los Angeles. WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Build and maintain successful relationships with various partners from individuals and brands to strategic institutions.
  • Create, plan, and implement a brand partnership network (i,e. practitioner network, ambassador program, etc.) across the United States to support brand awareness and drive revenue
  • Recruit and manage a network of ambassadors, influencers, and partners to support marketing campaigns and evergreen initiatives
  • Lead the creation, development, and execution of all collateral coordinating with design and brand team to ensure the final materials meet campaign objectives, incorporate industry best practices, and ladder up to company brand guidelines
  • Locate and propose potential partnerships by analyzing market and industry opportunities Track and provide performance reporting for all partners; evaluate campaigns against key metrics and optimize accordingly
